The People’s Choice Award embodies an affirmation of our Chef’s wonderful abilities to create a delectable, flavor-filled dish that the entire audience of over 450 guests voted for to make it their choice.  Greygoose Crabcake with a Vodka Martini Sauce was the People choice in 2011.
