2012 Epicurean Evening People’s Choice Award

Lobster Strudel captured the taste buds of over 400 guests during the 2012 “Epicurean Evening” who voted for their favorite dish of the night.  Chef Scott Frazzetta and talented culinary team created a mouthwatering mix of tender lobster, mushroom duxelles, and pastry, kept everyone wanting more.  This was the Chef’s 2nd consecutive year to receive this prestigious award.  The “Epicurean Evening” is a food competition of regional chefs and is hosted by the NC Methodist Home for Children.
