Our facility is equipped with some of the latest technology to connect your meetings and seminars or speakers and exhibitors. Whether sound, lighting, internet, plumbing, or audio-visual services, our experienced staff is here to help. Our goal: to provide you and your attendees with a worry free informational experience for a successful program.
The WCC staff exclusively provides all electrical connections for a fee for exhibits, Event space, computers, AV equipment, etc., throughout the WCC complex. See Electric/Utility/Internet Service Order Form for pricing.
The WCC staff exclusively provides all plumbing or water connections throughout the WCC complex where available. Floor covering may be required for protection. Talk to your Event Manager about your plumbing needs. See Electric/Utility/Internet Service Order Form for pricing.
The WCC is the exclusive technology provider for the WCC Complex. We offer high speed Internet, turnkey data networking services including local area networks, wide area networks and private networks using the latest technology. The WCC features a wireless network. For needs specific to your event/s, talk to your Event Manager to determine what level of internet services you may purchase to best suit your groups needs. The WCC features an extensive phone system throughout the facility for dedicated digital or analog phone lines. Upon request and within our inventory, we can supply a digital phone device for an office or information station. See Electric/Utility/Internet Service Order Form for pricing.
The WCC features two types of monitors at key locations designed to communicate to WCC visitors, information about your event or upcoming events. We offer the basic posting of your event information, free of charge.
We feature 52″ (inch) wall mounted monitors in six key locations in the Concourses and Exhibit Hall that are programmed by the WCC to communicate a list of upcoming events, daily events, as well as time and temperature. We offer this free of charge to all events.
We also feature 20″ (inch) wall mounted monitors adjacent to each meeting room, ballroom salon and Exhibit Hall entrance. These 20″ monitors are programmed by the WCC in various “blocks” and display event name, time, and/or logo specific to that space. The monitors also have the capability of photo/slide presentation or video to showcase images for your event. For group conferencing communication, our audio conference feature is available via our Polycom Conferencing system (IP/ISDN). The system is portable and can be located in any area of the WCC and connected in our phone data system. Talk to our Event Manager about costs for setting this up for your event.
